Fika Wellbeing WOrkshops
Fika is the Swedish way to pause and connect. Fika are breaks that are a deeply established part of Swedish life and work culture. These pauses are at least 15 to 20 minutes long and occur twice daily: one in the morning around 10am and one in the afternoon around 3pm.
This workshop will introduce your organisation to fika, give ideas on how you can incorporate fika into your organisations weekly routine and the session will also give you the opportunity to fika together.
I offer unique and bespoke sessions built for your business. I tailor the Fika workshops to address any specific needs or challenges identified by you. I customise each workshop according to objectives and aims set in partnership with you.
“I enjoyed Fika and the concept of taking a short break to recharge is one that should be encouraged.”
“Fika is a great concept. The opportunity to change your scenery from your computer screen and meet with people in a more social setting is hugely positive for staff well being.”
“I not only enjoyed the whole experience, I also learnt some vital information from yourself and other people I otherwise wouldn’t have known. For me, this is not only about work place wellbeing, but also building a community spirit.”
